REPLACEMENT POLICY

1. Goods not received as per the confirmed order to be replaced within Fifteen (15) days from the date of LR. No replacement will be provided for any Goods received after 30 days.

2. Indian Supplier has to bear to and fro shipping charges of the Goods to be replaced.

3. Goods will be replaced with Goods only and in no case money will be refunded. replacement will be provided through www.btobgarments.com only.

4. BtoBgarments.com shall be entitled to reject replacement upon happening of one or more of following:

  • Goods received after specified time limit of thirty days.
  • Goods received for replacement will be considered for replacement provided goods are not found defective or damaged or Goods received for replacement found unmatched with the Goods as per the confirm order.
  • If Retailer tries to replace Goods purchased from other vendor. In such case B2BGarments.com may terminate this agreement as per the provisions of this agreement.

5. Goods received for replacement should be in good condition and original packing. Repacking charges will be deducted from the account of Retailor in case of damaged packing.

6. Goods Disapproved for replacement will be returned to you at your cost.

7. Some Catalogues/Singles are non-replaceable and therefore please check the status of replacement policy of that product before placing order. Replacement policy will always be displayed with the product exhibit.
